Free Community Breathwork Event

Welcome to the Free Community Breathwork Event!

Come breathe, ground, and reconnect with yourself in this free community gathering hosted by Wellspring of Worth in collaboration with Mighty Tripod Acting Studio. You’ll be guided through accessible breathwork practices designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

This session is open to everyone—whether you’re brand new to breathwork or simply craving a space to slow down and exhale. Bring something to lie on, unless you'd prefer to sit in a chair, wear comfortable clothing, and come as you are.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to your breath. Space is limited, so please RSVP to reserve your spot.

The studio is on the second floor and accessible by stairs only. We understand this may limit accessibility for some participants and welcome you to reach out with any questions or needs in advance.
