Enjoy a FREE community yoga class to start your day before the Ocean Reef Beach Festival!Local beach yoga instructor Shannon Shneyder of Shala Vida Beach Yoga is returning for the third year in a row to teach a free yoga class. Shannon also teaches EVERY Saturday at 7 am at Paradise Beach Park.
The class will be on the beach near the main crossover at the bathrooms. Beginner friendly flow with yoga beach blankets provided. Class starts at 9:30 am. ALL WELCOME!
