Join us for Manitoba Fitness Councils 40th Anniversary & International Fitness Day Where: Spirit Park on Station Rd in Lorette MB
Who: Adults of ALL Ages, ALL Levels of Experience, Variations will be offered to meet everyBody’s needs
What: Combo Fitness and Yoga session, combining 30min of Total Body Fitness , finishing with 30min of Yoga Flow Recovery. We will begin with emPOWERing movement inspired by a variety of body weight exercises that are designed to energize and strengthen the body mind and soul. Followed by a peaceful restorative practice on the ground inspired by destress and Zen Recovery, meant to provide deep stretch for the body while you rest the mind and regulate the emotions of the heart.
