☮️Please bring your own props. Getting comfortable will be very important! Highly recommend yoga mat, blanket, head pillow, eye pillow and something to place under your knees if being flat is not comfortable.

☮️Just show up! No need to pre-register. Availability is based on a first come, first serve. As of now, class is tentatively set to take place in the Aerobics Dance Studio. But if things change, I'm sure there will be signage or staff directing people on where to go.
