End your week with movement and fresh air. In this Vinyasa flow session on the lawn at the Marsh, a certified instructor guides you through an hour of nature-based yoga with moments of mindfulness woven in. Beginner-friendly and welcoming to all experience levels. Bring your mat, water, and any props you prefer.
EICC is offering free classes during April in celebration of Community College Month. Community College Month is coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees to increase awareness of the many economic, academic, and equity advantages.
