Free Class: Mexican Salsas 101

Join us to learn three salsas from Northern Mexico! Our instructor is Elsa Benavides and her family’s business was open for 30 years in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico making salsas, agua frescas, carne asada, and more! She’s going to show us how to make Salsa Verde with pico de gallo en avocado, Salsa tatemada en Molcajete, and Salsa Macha. We’ll be watching and tasting.
