You are invited to attend a FREE 4 week class designed to acquaint you with our hospital and what to expect when you deliver.
About this Event

Expectant parents enrolled in this class are provided with information to help them be physically and emotionally prepared for the childbirth experience.

Parents-to-be will learn about the following:

• A review of the stages of labor, when to come to the hospital, and how to manage labor pains

• An orientation to the hospital – planning ahead, how to pre-register, what to expect upon arrival

• Developing a plan for bonding with baby, including breastfeeding

• A tour of our Women’s Services floor

Classes are in-person and limited in size.

We recommend parents take the class in the sixth or seventh month of pregnancy and we encourage partners to participate.
