Are you in your third trimester and starting to think about labor and delivery? This free childbirth education class is designed to help you feel more prepared, confident, and supported as you approach your due date.This workshop is completely free and is open to third-trimester participants only.
Taught by a former labor and delivery nurse, this one-day class will cover:
• How to recognize the signs of labor
• Induction versus natural labor
• What to bring to the hospital
• Pain management options
• What to expect during delivery and recovery
