About this Event

Our goal is to help ease the financial burden of the holidays and ensure that families have food on their tables to enjoy a warm Thanksgiving meal. We will be distributing 50 free chickens each day on November 16 and 18, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis. At Hempstead Primary Health, we believe that supporting our community goes beyond providing healthcare. It means showing compassion, promoting family well-being, and making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve
