Free Breath Meditation in the Park

Join Tara, RTC and Founder of WithBreath in accessing the power of breathwork. Tara's breath journeys incorporate guided meditation to sooth the nervous system, balance the body and connect to higher consciousness.

WithinBreath is a gentle, meditative practice that sequesnces rhythmic breathing with breath retention. It is delivered through caring instruction and music to take you on a nourishing, internal journey that supports physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. This practice meets you where you are, whether you're experienced with meditation and breathwork, or if this is your first time trying it out!

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or anything to help you settle in comfortably. This practice is done in either a sitting or laying down position. Also, it helps to come hydrated, and not overly stuffed with a heavy meal. If you have any questions, please email me at [email protected].
