Whether you have practiced QiGong on your own or have absolutely zero experience you will fit right in to this all-levels follow-along QiGong Experience.
QiGong is more than just flowing movements. It incorporates a variety of practices, techniques, and approaches to support practitioners in achieving their desired health and wellness goals. Whether those are physical, emotional, or mindset focused QiGong is truly a practice for EVERYONE.
We will warm up with traditional QiGong body tapping to wake up your energy flow, followed by some simple joint mobility, strength & balance activation, and wrap up with a meditative QiGong flow to help you manage your energy and create a state of relaxed focus!
