FREE Better Together Unity March at Tempe Beach Park

Embark on a journey of togetherness with Greenhouse Gives as we gather at the beautiful Tempe Beach Park for an evening filled with passion, creativity, and unity. 🌈 Our Better Together March celebrates our core slogan, Better Together, showcasing our commitment to unity in diversity, compassion, awareness, and interconnectedness. This donation-based gathering is a beacon of hope, welcoming everyone to participate, contribute, and embody the spirit of community and shared humanity.

Everyone welcome! Including children, pets, families, etc.

What to Expect:

5:00 to 6:00 PM: The evening starts with a lively meet-and-greet, paired with a poster-making session that embodies our Better Together slogan. As you create, you'll fill posters with affirmations like “Unity in Diversity” and “You Are Loved.” These posters will accompany us on our march, visually broadcasting our shared values and messages of hope and inclusivity. You are also encouraged to bring personal items (posters, clothing, accessories, etc.) that align with this theme to enhance our unified message. Before the march, we'll also share a mindful moment and discuss the importance of unity, setting our intentions and preparing to carry our collective message through the streets of Tempe Beach Park.

6:00 to 6:30 PM: Enjoy a short, 1 mile, walk that begins and ends at Tempe Beach Park. As the sun sets, casting golden hues over Tempe Beach Park and the pedestrian bridge, we'll walk in solidarity, showcasing the beauty of unity in diversity and embodying the essence of Better Together.

Post-March: The journey doesn’t end at the march. We gather at a picnic area for free snacks, courtesy of our kind sponsors, alongside games, conversation, and reflection. It’s a time for laughter, new friendships, and deepening our community bonds.

Things to Keep in Mind:

Come As You Are: This event is a safe space for people of all genders, sexualities, races, ages and identities. We celebrate your uniqueness and encourage you to express all of who you are, whether through your dress, your posters, or your presence.

Preparation: As we’ll be outdoors, please consider bringing sunscreen, water, and comfortable shoes. The march will be about 1 mile long. It's all about enjoying the journey together comfortably and safely.
