Join international dance instructor Lore Rojas boasting over 17 years of experience for a unique and energizing dance adventure just south of Nashville! Lore specializes in Fusion Belly Dance FCBD® Style and Datura Style™ an enchanting blend of vintage belly dance and modern styles that builds strength muscle control confidence and—most importantly—brings loads of fun to your day.

As an Advanced certified teacher in both FCBD® and Datura Style™ Lore offers a well-rounded experience that blends timeless techniques with fresh creativity.

• Warm-Up: Tailored to prepare your body for this specific dance style.
• Posture: Learn and establish the correct posture to build strong technique.
• Basic Technique: Master foundational movements in Fusion Datura™ and FCBD® styles for smooth transitions.
• Technique & Drills: Practice key movement families—expect shimmies isolations and undulations!
• Combos & Sequences: Dive into creative exercises to grow your dance repertoire while having fun.

No prior experience? No worries! This class is beginner-friendly stress-relieving and designed to build confidence.

• Free Trial Class: January 25
• Drop-In Class: $20
• 4-Class Package: $60

What to Bring:

• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothes to dance and stretch in
• Barefoot is common but socks or dance shoes are welcome
• A notebook to jot down tips and techniques
