SELF-DEFENSE CLASS

This course is paced to the student's skill level. Perfect for beginners! You'll learn how to apply martial arts to self-defense situations:


- How to Move and Avoid Attacks

- How to Counter-Attack & Escape


Emphasis: Koshijutsu (Pressure Point Attacks), Koppojutsu (Joint Manipulation), Dakentaijutsu (Striking), Jutaijutsu (Grappling) & Ninjutsu (Hidden Techniques)

Please bring your own water/hydration. Wear comfortable clothing or your black gi (martial arts uniform if you have one).
