Free Beginner Mat Pilates Class

Please join me on the second floor of Rainbow Blossom at Gardiner Lane Shopping Center for Mat Pilates. Please bring a mat if you have one. If you don't have one, a blanket will work.
Most of the class is on the floor: on your back, sides, and stomach. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
I'm not starting a business, so there are no strings attached. The class is free.
If you're wondering about my qualifications, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I've done most of my Pilates training through their Mat Pilates Specialist Course. I've been teaching Mat Pilates regularly for several years.
*If people want to have dinner after the class and socialize, there are several casual restaurants at Gardiner Lane.
