Together we'll move through a dynamic vinyasa flow focused on backbends and heart-opening postures — a practice designed to counteract the hunching and tension of modern life and reconnect you with joy, breath, and presence.

This class is for you if:

· You've always wanted to try yoga but don't know where to start

· You're an experienced yogi who loves an outdoor flow
