Free Beach Yoga

Hi! My name is Kristyn and I am an aspiring yoga teacher. I've completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and am beginning to teach and share my passion of movement through yoga.

My class will take you through stretching, meditation, flows, not super slow, but not too fast either, and maybe a tiny bit of a burn! We will flow, breathe, and practice together. This class is for all levels, and I fully encourage you to do what feels good for you! No judgement here! This practice is meant for you to get internal with yourself as you check in with your mind and body. With the sensation of the sun's warmth, salty air, and waves crashing, I hope to see you for a wonderful and peaceful class! See you at the beach!
