Join Kaitlyn for a 45min very beginner friendly class/workshop to learn the basics of barre! Although there will be a class led, this is open ended to any questions at any time! We want you to leave feeling comfortable to take your knowledge to any barre class anywhere!
LOVED the class & want to take more KP Fitness? A discounted new client special will be available for those in attendance.
Bring your own yoga mat (limited studio mats available to rent) & optional sticky socks. Registration is required as space is limited.
