This is a free and fun health event in month of May for those who are 55 and up! The Villages of Imperial Pointe has a beautiful pool and outdoor area. We will be having pool exercise, and a healthy lunch prepared by their incredible Chef. Feel free to relax by the pool after class and make some new friends!
