Join Kristi for a 90 minute meditative and supported yoga class. Restorative Yoga practice instills a state of harmony, balance, and joy. Exploring fully supported poses with props (bolster, blanket, yoga blocks, and straps) — these poses dissolve tension in the body at key points along the skull, jaw, shoulders, belly, and hips.
With a limited amount of props available, pre-registration is encouraged via our website! All levels welcome and may bring own props for additional support. Mat rentals available for $3.
