💥 Free Anti-Bullying for Kids & Self-Defense Workshops for Men and Women – Sept 20th!Thank you, Plantation, for 28 years of support! To celebrate, we’re hosting a free community event on Saturday, Sept 20 at John Wai Martial Arts – open to all ages and no experience necessary.
✅ Anti-Bullying for Kids
• Ages 5–7 at 9:30 AM
• Ages 8–13 at 10:30 AM
Kids will learn how to recognize, avoid, and respond to bullying with confidence using a clear, step-by-step system.
✅ Women’s Self-Defense – 12:00 PM
Specifically designed for women, this workshop teaches how to escape grabs, strike effectively, and get off the ground safely.
✅ Men’s Self-Defense – 1:30 PM
Built for men, this workshop covers the 6 most essential techniques—striking, clinch control, ground defense, and escapes.
