Join us and our autoimmune/ mental health community for Highlands in Bloom's monthly "lunch and learn" event where you and your friends can enjoy a free nutritious lunch curated by our world renowned celebrity chef Raphael Gamon while learning the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles such as balance, seasonal eating, and the energetic properties of food. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your specific health needs at the end of Chef Raphael's presentation.

Each meal at Highlands is designed to support the nervous system, reduce inflammation, and gently guide the body back to equilibrium — all while being delicious, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
