Holland and surrounding area golfers are invited to Golf Fitness Night, a free educational event hosted by Titleist Performance Institute Certified trainers from Valeo / Training and Great Lakes Spine & Sport on Friday, March 20 at 6 PM.
The evening will explore how mobility, strength, and coordinated coaching can improve ball striking, increase power, and help golfers play longer with fewer aches and injuries.
Attendees will also learn how a team approach, similar to what PGA golfers use, can help local golfers get clearer answers and better results.
Food, drinks, and swag bags included.
