About this Event
Bloc Projects are excited to host this free art workshop facilitated by Assunta and Lou, a parent-and-child artist duo who have been working together making digital prints, drawings and paintings for over five years. The workshops take place inside the Bloc Projects gallery, which has been transformed into an immersive making space as part of their first solo exhibition, Art is Ours, Mine and Yours!. Located behind the fire station in the centre of town, you can find us easily on Google Maps too.
To celebrate and share the fun, we are inviting fellow parents/carers and children to come make with Assunta and Lou this half-term! Work made in the workshops may become part of the exhibition, and you are always welcome to take yours home.
A few notes:
- We will provide aprons but recommend that you come in clothes you won't mind getting a little messy in.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Each ticket is for a family of up to 2 adults and up to 2 children
- The workshop is most suitable for children between 3 and 11 years old, but we welcome people of all ages to join in.
See you then!
