📢 Peaceful Rally & Walkout
One year into Trump’s second regime, the threat of fascism is no longer theoretical. We are witnessing raids on our communities, troops in our cities, attacks on immigrants, families torn apart, mass surveillance, and fear used as a political weapon.
On January 20, we call on students, workers, faculty, and community members to walk out and stand together. This is a protest and a promise. As the threats grow, our movement must evolve toward collective care, mutual aid, and visible resistance.
What to expect: • A peaceful all-day rally and walkout
• Free hot chocolate for community members
• Winter mutual aid and donation collection for Harmony House
• Space for sign holding, solidarity, and community presence
Requested donation items include:
Hot chocolate packets, hand warmers, winter coats, gloves, hats, scarves, socks, blankets, sleeping bags, and other winter gear. All donations will go directly to Harmony House to support our unhoused neighbors during winter.
This action also comes amid local concerns about free speech and public assembly. As communities nationwide face increasing restrictions on protest and public presence, we affirm that peaceful assembly, mutual aid, and care for one another are not crimes! They are essential to a free society!
