Make Tuesday 28th October the day you take your first step into an exciting martial art
From 7.30pm every Tuesday you can try a free taster session in Hapkido - the traditional Korean art of self-defence - at our Harrow club
Hapkido will improve your fitness and mental wellbeing, and no prior experience is necessary. Our classes are also a great way to meet people and make new friends.
Hapkido teaches you:
* takedowns and throws
* joint locks
* punches and hand strikes
* kicks
* forms
* ki meditation
and much more
So if you’re looking for a fun way to get fit, why not come along? You’ll start your martial arts journey in a friendly and supportive environment.
