FREE: Heavy Bag HIIT — 90’s & 2000’s EditionFire up your T9 thumbs and dust off those angsty AOL away messages - we’re throwing it way back with a FREE Y2K-themed Heavy Bag HIIT class. You’ll kick things off with basic punches, kicks, and dynamic stretches, then dive headfirst into 16 minutes of high-intensity interval training followed by four structured 3-minute rounds on the heavy bag.
The class is led by Colleen Daly - disgruntled millennial, group fitness instructor of 15 years, and competitive kickboxer - which means you’re in for equal parts sweat and fun. You’ll 'work it', 'jump around', and 'lose yourself' (more than normal.) Four rounds later you’ll feel delightfully 'numb'… but if you 'wannabe' an 'All Star', this is your chance.
