We’re offering a limited number of free, 1:1 sessions for women who have experienced trauma, paticularly, but not only domestic abuse .
These sessions are designed to offer a safe, compassionate space to support healing and reconnection to self. To be considered, simply leave your details and share a short note about why you’d like to receive this free support.
We'll be selecting 5 women based on urgency and need to receive 6 sessions each.
The date of 15th October is not the date of the sessions (simply because in FB an event has to have a date).

About Rachael:
Rachael from Electric Glory Wellbeing is a former Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience and a passion for supporting women to reconnect with safety after trauma. Drawing from both professional training and her own lived experience of healing after trauma, Rachael brings understanding, honesty and deep care to her work. Her approach combines self-compassion techniques and gentle guidance to help women come home to themselves and feel supported at every step of their healing journey, no matter where they’re starting from.
