About this Event
In Honour of Robbie Burns' Birthday, and in celebration of FROStival, the Fredericton Society of Saint Andrew and the Fredericton Region Museum are proud to host the 2026 Freddy Kilted Skate—a spirited celebration blending Scottish heritage with winter fun. Skaters are encouraged to don their kilts, enjoy the sound of live bagpipes, and take to the ice together in true community spirit.
Participants are also invited inside the museum to warm up with traditional haggis served as haggis burgers, along with shortbread cookies and hot chocolate. Guests are also welcome to tour the museum’s special exhibition, Celebrating 200 Years of Scottish Benevolence in Fredericton.
Kilts optional. Community spirit required!
