For years, Fred Ivy has been tossing drunks out of bars, spotting people at the gym, and rolling through life like nothing could stop him. And now cancer thinks it can?
Not today.
Not in this town.
Fred isn’t just a bouncer, a trainer, or the guy who can rock a backwards cap like a lost Fred Durst impersonator. He’s the one who shows up for you. He’s the guy who makes you laugh when you’re down, makes you feel better about yourself just by standing next to him, and somehow makes a whole room lighter just by walking into it.
That’s rare.
That’s Fred.
And sure — they called him The Freight Train in his wrestling days… but let’s be real: he’s more like a Thomas the Tank Engine character who wandered off the tracks, found the nearest rock concert, and decided to stay.
So on October 18th at Portside Pizza, Tri-Lakes, the whole community is coming together to lift him up the way he’s always lifted us.
