The wristbands are to keep control of the amount of people that come to the event.
3 SIA security officers will be at the gate and onsite. to keep the event safe.
We prefer the event to be sold out before the day.
Then we can cater for everyone, keep them safe, so we can enjoy the music and festival atmosphere.
The music event will be under a 30x18 metre marquee structure.
With a stage; the weather then can’t ruin the event.
Mobile Toilets will be made available.
Please note Parking at the event has been arranged you will be directed on the day. or please private message so we can let you know where parking for the event is.
Remember there are bus routes in and out of frating.
Weeley station and gt Bentley station are the nearest train stations .
The pub car park will be shut and only open to the bands coming in.

We are aware this used to be a free event. Due to a number of changes this was not possible.
Setting up costs since 2019 when the last one was, have spiralled.
