Franklin County Vol Dive Team 14 Hours Underwater Fund Raiser

Ever wonder what divers do while they are underwater on an emergency scene? For 14 hours we will have divers in the water doing underwater operations for the public to come and see. You can come watch the divers work, watch the screen of an underwater ROV (drone) , see all the equipment that the dive team uses and most importantly support the men and women that are dedicated to serving the community.

The Franklin County Volunteer Dive Team is going BELOW THE SURFACE for a 14-Hour Underwater Fundraiser — and we’re doing it for our community.
� Saturday, July 11, 2026
� 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
� Rocky Mount YMCA
For 14 continuous hours, our divers will remain underwater to raise funds for:
� Critical rescue & recovery equipment
� Advanced dive training
� Water emergency response readiness
� Community water safety programs
This isn’t just a fundraiser — it’s a demonstration of commitment, endurance, and the dedication it takes to answer the call when lives are on the line.
