Join us for a dynamic and fun yoga class! What to expect: a sweaty flow followed by some partner work, where you get to play, stretch and unwind with the help of a partner (no need to bring a partner, just come as you are). As we say, “alone you go faster, but together we go further”. A wonderful opportunity to recharge your body and mind and meet like-minded people!
When: October 20th 2024, 11am - 12:30pm
Where: Ashtanga Yoga Raum Frankfurt
What to bring: your own yoga mat + water bottle (if needed)
Level: beginner-friendly, all levels welcome!
Language: taught in English*
Price: 15 EUR per person
Note that they are no lockers and that showers cost 1.50 EUR in case you want to use them.
