This is a celebration of our beloved Frank, the mustache pimp of posi-vibes and President/CEO of smilin' in Rhode Island!Frank has brought joy and smiles to so many of us. There's no better way to celebrate him than by coming together once again as a community and creating happy memories together in franks honor. I know he wouldn't have it any other way!
