The date for my next wine tasting, 13th March, falls on International Riesling Day, so of course I had to plan a line-up that included this grape variety in some way…This is going to be such an interesting tasting! It’s really all about the Vosges Mountains and the unique wine-growing areas they influence - so we’ll be exploring the best of Alsace and the parts of Germany it borders.
Banish any lingering memories of sub-standard, medium sweet wines…and TRUST ME! I’ll show you how wonderful these gastronomic, food-friendly wines can be. I have some absolutely stonking examples lined up, from some brilliant, very highly thought of producers. All fabulous, all dry - including 2 impressive Rieslings, 2 knockout Pinot Noirs, plus 2 other super wines I’m keeping under my hat for now. 😉
