Franca's is a mobile artisan pizza catering & pop-up business serving the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area and beyond. They focus on organic naturally leavened, wood-fired pizzas that are influenced by the legendary pies of Rome & Naples. They use a special blend of organic grains transformed through a long and meticulous natural fermentation process.

With 20 years of restaurant experience , Chef Michael Thill has dedicated his career to farm-to-table food and immersed himself in the timeless craft of pizza & creative rustic Mediterranean cuisine. Franca’s inspiration flows from the sunshine in St. Petersburg, spiritual and culinary experiences in Kathmandu & Paris, and a life-long romance with vegetables.
