Join me for an uplifting experience of frame drumming as part of a healing circle of likeminded folk. No experience required.I will lead you in a range of interactive exercises that connect you to the earthy medicine of the drum. I have a limited number of frame drums. If you wish to bring your own, please email me before booking.

IMPORTANT - this event is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), 1st trimester of pregnancy & severe mental health conditions. Age restricted to 16 years plus
