HOW DOES IT WORK? Pay $10 at the door and get a
lottery number. By random drawing you will be awarded a picture frame, and they come in various sizes, styles and conditions. A prompt will be announced and your mission is to create a piece of art to fit your frame, using your im- pression of the prompt word.
THEN WHAT? You have until August 4 to complete your
piece. You will bring it to the Guild that day. All the pieces
will be hung for Sip & Show on the evening of August 6.
ARE THERE PRIZES? Of course! The visitors to the show
will vote for Best of Show. The winner gets half the money
collected from the entries, with the rest going to support
the Guild. There is also a never-before-seen medal to
proudly wear, and a certificate worthy of framing! See you
May 21.
