Step into a transformative journey where ancient wisdom meets modern relaxation. This unique class combines the soothing power of a sound bath meditation with the profound benefits of Egyptian aromatherapy, creating a deeply immersive experience for body, mind, and soul.

Explore the world of prized Egyptian essential oils, once revered by the pharaohs and used in temples, rituals, and healing ceremonies. The olfactory connection to the brain stimulates profound states of peace, easing stress and inviting serenity.

Participants will select their preferred oil for their intention and to enhance their own meditation experience.

As the soothing sounds of the singing bowls wash over you, paired with the essence of these sacred oils, you will be guided into a deeper state of relaxation and connection. By the end of the session, you’ll feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and more centered.

These oils are manufactured by the Fayed Family (the family who owns Harrod's Department store & who was dating Princess Diana) and are of high quality. You will get a small bottle of the oil of your choice to keep and use at home.

Cost: $35.00 (your choice of 1oz high quality Egyptian Oil is included)

Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blankets, anything else you might need to get comfortable.
