The annual Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular returns to the skies over Landa Park this Independence Day, starting at approximately 9:15pm on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, and longtime partner H-E-B is returning as a sponsor for this year’s event.
The fireworks are fired over Landa Lake and are viewable throughout Landa Park, the Landa Park Golf Course at Comal Springs, and the Fredericksburg Baseball Fields. (Please note that seating on the golf course begins at 6pm and the putting greens are off limits.) Additionally, the fireworks can be seen in several other places around the city, including Fischer Park.
Landa Park attractions like the Landa Park Aquatic Complex and the Miniature Train will be open throughout the 4th of July weekend. Visit www.newbraunfels.gov/parks for specifics.
The Independence Day festivities in Landa Park begin at 6pm at the Dance Slab with the final Live @ Landa concert featuring the 90s VHS Band. And visitors to Landa Park will once again find the RE/MAX Skydiving Team parachuting into the golf course ahead of the fireworks display.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to come early, expect large crowds, and be mindful of park rules. The fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15pm and everyone is encouraged to tune in to local radio station KGNB 1420 AM/103.1 FM to listen to the live broadcast of patriotic music timed to accompany the fireworks display.
