This special gathering will feature ecstatic dance, live looping primal embodiment, a cacao ceremony, and a drum circle, bringing us into harmony with ourselves, each other, and the heartbeat of the Earth.

2 PM: Grounding Yoga Before Ceremony with Madleen. This is optional for those who are interested in practicing yoga on the earth before we begin the Ceremony at 3PM.
3 PM Cacao Ceremony Begins.
Cacao Ceremony with Madleen we gather in sacred ceremony with ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and deepening our intentions while singing some songs. Drum Circle with Elmore LawsonWe begin by grounding ourselves in the heartbeat of the Earth. Through the rhythm of the drum, we connect to ancient traditions, awaken our senses, and set the foundation for the journey ahead.
SIlent Disco Ecstatic Dance with Abby Rose Wolf (DJ Flow Wolf)As the energy builds, we surrender to the rhythm in a soul-stirring ecstatic dance journey led by Abby. Moving freely, we release, express, and celebrate in harmony with the Earth’s pulse.
Feel free to bring a snack to enjoy after the ceremony.

✨ Abby Rose Wolf (DJ Flow Wolf) A lover of life, music, nature, and connection, Abby’s purpose is to guide people deeper into themselves, each other, and nature through celebration, expression, and empowerment. She has been dancing, facilitating ecstatic dance, community singing, and DJing in Madison for a few years and loves curating musical experiences that deeply move people.
✨ Madleen (Move with Madleen)Madleen’s passion for cacao and ceremony is rooted in her personal healing journey. Through yoga, breath work, and cacao, she creates safe spaces for self-expression, vulnerability, and deep transformation.
