On February 24, 2022, Russia invaded the sovereign nation of Ukraine. A peaceful nation awoke to missiles, death and destruction. February 24, 2026 marks four years of unprovoked war in Ukraine. Please join us as we remember the victims, honor the survivors, and support our local Ukrainian refugee community. More details to come - for planning purposes, we'd like to know how many community members might attend, so that we can find a suitable location. Timing might also be adjusted, please bear with us as we plan this.
Program information to come. We anticipate music, perhaps sharing the story of one or more of the refugee families here in Nebraska, and an opportunity for Nebraskans to show your support for these incredible people.
