Alex Knight - Owner and Head Brewer at Turning Point - along with Justin Davis and Will Fordyce - Owners of Taco Bombs - will walk you through each course while discussing all the love and care that goes into each ingredient of the beer and food that we've come together bring you.
This is the perfect event for a date night or to enjoy with close friends and maybe meet some new ones as the setting will be elegant and private within our new event space: The Relic.
Here's what to expect!
Welcome Pint: Pub Ale - 4.5% - cozy medium-bodied English Ale with balanced malt and hop flavors and a touch of biscuity notes
1st course: “Taco bomb” crab cake with micro greens, remoulade, lemon wedge.
Paired with My Power, My Pleasure, My Pain - 8.2% - Hazy DIPA dry-hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, and Vic Secret
2nd course: Crispy Brussels sprouts with a honey-sriracha glaze.
Paired with Jarvis - 5.2% - crisp and refreshing German Pils with subtle floral aromatics and delicate maltiness
3rd course: Picanha steak drizzled with peppercorn sauce and paired with a wild mushroom medley and homemade sourdough bread.
Paired with LIFE - 6.2% - Foeder-aged Saison
4th course: White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake
Paired with Second Breakfast - 11.9% - Imperial Coffee Stout with Maple
