Join us in our cozy tasting room at Sip for this Four Course, Asia-Inspired Pairing Dinner. This intimate event is limited to 18 guests. Be sure to reserve your tickets early.

Guests will enjoy four elevated dishes, each perfectly paired with a handcrafted cocktail. Ticket price includes tax & gratuity. Feel free to come early for a pre-cocktail from our bar.

THE MENU:

FIRST COURSE:
Salmon Tataki
Thinly sliced seared salmon served with yuzu dressing topped with crispy potato strings

Cocktail: Yuzu Bramble
Yuzu, Gin, Simple Syrup, Chambord

SECOND COURSE:

Chicken Karaage
Crispy Fried Chicken tossed in a karaage sauce served on top of sticky rice garnished with scallions

Cocktail: Sake Mojito
Sake, White Rum, Lime Juice, Mint, Simple Syrup

THIRD COURSE:

Crispy Nori Steak with Ramen
Pan Seared Steak served on top of Miso Butter Broth Ramen

Cocktail: Umeshu Spritz
Umeshu Plum Wine, Lemon Vodka, Simple syrup, topped with Prosecco

FOURTH COURSE:

Purin (Custard Pudding)
Served with crème caramel

Cocktail: Lychee Martini
Lychee syrup, Muddled Lychee, Highclere Castle Gin, Lime

A few things to note:
This is a 21+ only event. Limited to 18 guests. If you plan to attend with a group, please have one person from your party purchase all of the tikets you wil need in one order. (This will help us know to seat you together.) Also, we have noticed that there are many Facebook scammers claining to have tickets to our events, these are not legitimate. Tickets are only available directly from our EventBrite page. Tickets are non-transferrable and can not be re-sold. Do NOT buy tickets from others as they are certainly fake.There are no substitutions on this menu.
