Casselberry Arts Center presents Four Corners Sound Bath on Friday, June 27 from 6:00-8:00 PM, an immersive surround-sound experience designed for deep relaxation, restoration, and sonic bliss.

The Four Corners Sound Collective invites participants into a meditative sound environment where layers of live acoustic instrumentation create a fully immersive listening experience. Sound Baths are widely recognized for their ability to support nervous system regulation, enhance focus, and inspire creativity through sustained vibration and harmonic resonance.

The Four Corners Sound Collective uses a rich palette of resonant instruments including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gentle gongs, chimes, flutes, and other world percussion instruments that evoke natural soundscapes. These layered frequencies are designed to guide participants into states of deep rest, reduced mental chatter, and expanded sensory awareness.

Sound Baths are typically experienced lying down in a comfortable position. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat as well as any personal items that support relaxation, such as blankets, pillows, or eye masks, to fully settle into the experience.

Based in Orlando, Florida, the Four Corners Sound Collective is composed of Alice Gomes, Emma Koi, John Jendro, and Diane Pilatovsky. Together, they bring decades of combined experience in meditation, music, psychology, and yoga to their collaborative practice, creating immersive environments that calm the mind and support deep physical and emotional restoration.
