*Preorder event only. A limited amount of preorder tickets available beginning Wednesday June 26th at 7pm EST*
This preorder ticket is good for one bowl of ramen with any and all toppings available for this event. (every bowl comes with all toppings listed but you may request any deletions)
For this event the serving will be our vegan/vegetarian Shiitake Shoyu Ramen. This ramen is made from steeping shiitake mushrooms for two days, our house made shoyu tare, and then always served with fresh handmade noodles (high in gluten). The following toppings are included:
-roasted roma tomatoes
-scallions
-spinach
-bean sprouts
-fresh minced garlic
-fried garlic w/red pepper flakes & black pepper
-sushi nori (seaweed sheets)
-option for ajitama (soft boiled, soy marinated egg)
An extra side of noodles ($3) or extra eggs ($2) are available but must be added to your preorder. Add-on items can be found on the bottom section of our website homepage.
No refunds will be given. Ramen is prepared over a three day period leading up to the event. If you can't make it, we suggest selling or giving your preorder ticket to someone else. All sales are final.
