Damian is the Founder & MD of Sakura Business Solutions, an accountancy practice focusing on outsourced Finance team services, alongside business advisory for entrepreneurs to improve their profitability, business resilience, and in the end provide an 'Exit ready' business (whether they decide to exit or not) Prior to running his own business, Damian spent 15 years working in the commercial world and has extensive experience both as a Group Financial Controller and an interim Finance Director.

Tony is an entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of experience in the start-up space, working at the intersection of deep science, technology, and real-world deployment. He is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at United Founders VC, investing in pre-seed and seed-stage deeptech, MedTech, and sustainability ventures, and is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge (Department of Earth Sciences).
