Founder's Visibility Lab: Visibility with Purpose
About this Event
Many founders know they need to be more visible. They know they should post more, network more, and put themselves forward. So why is it often so hard?
The truth is that visibility isn't usually a strategy problem - it's a relationship problem.
In this interactive workshop, therapist and coach Kate Hogan invites you to explore visibility from a completely different perspective. Rather than focusing on algorithms, content plans, or forced personal branding, we’ll explore how reconnecting with your purpose, your values, and the people you serve can make showing up feel natural, authentic, and sustainable.
Through guided reflection, a powerful visualisation exercise, and facilitated discussion, you’ll explore what your business is asking of you, where you may be holding yourself back, and what "good enough visibility" looks like for you.
What We’ll Explore
- Purpose Before Promotion: Reconnect with the reason you started your business. Visibility becomes much easier when it's rooted in something bigger than yourself.
- Listening to Your Business: A unique guided visualisation and journalling exercise to explore what your business actually needs from you and where you might be playing small.
- Moving From Self-Consciousness to Service: Discover how shifting the focus away from yourself and towards the people you serve can reduce the pressure and overthinking.
- Understanding Your Visibility Blocks: Explore where you hold yourself back and what is getting in the way of being fully seen.
- Good Enough Visibility: Move beyond perfectionism and define a version of visibility that aligns with your personality, energy, and goals.
What You'll Leave With
- A clearer connection to your business purpose and greater confidence in sharing your work.
- A deeper understanding of what is holding you back from visibility.
- A personalised definition of "good enough visibility".
- One practical, meaningful action you can take immediately.
- A renewed sense of trust in yourself and your business.
