This is a guided conversation circle for founders to reflect on the emotional cost of entrepreneurship; especially in the relationships we rarely speak about.

You won’t be told what’s right or wrong.

You won’t be pushed to share anything you’re not ready for.

This space is held gently, so stories unfold naturally with respect, care, and psychological safety.
