About this Event

Founders' Mindset: Lean, Yet Mighty

Join us in person for an exciting event where we dive into the mindset that drives startups to succeed with lean strategies but mighty impact. Perfect for founders, innovators, and dreamers who want to build smart, move fast, and create big waves without the fluff. Don’t miss out on this chance to connect, learn, and power up your entrepreneurial journey!

Who this is for

Founders and operators who are building with intent. People making real decisions about where to spend time, money, and energy — not just in retail, not just in marketing, but across everything a lean team has to hold at once.

Whether you're still figuring out what to commit to or already questioning what to keep, the stage varies, but the problem doesn't. This room is built around that.

What we're covering

Retail and ops growth, AI as an operating layer for marketing and ops, and the decisions that actually matter when you're running lean.

Speakers include operators who've scaled brands through retail, a former buyer who's been on the other side of the shelf decision, and practitioners who use AI as a working part of how they operate — not just a talking point.

What we're doing, hands-on

You'll watch a retail planning tool run live on actual numbers, showing the P&L math at 500, 2,000, and 10,000 doors. You'll activate a 30-day trial of that tool, with the operator who built it in the room. And we’ll do a hands-on 'Replace a role' AI exercise, with content, growth and ops in mind.

The harder question after lunch. What are you keeping that you know isn't working? Small group conversation.

We close with commitments. One thing to change next week.

Event Flow:

9:00 AM doors open
9:30 AM–1:30 PM sessions

ima stays open until 5pm if you want to keep working or keep talking.
